Join me for an intimate group breathwork space this month.

Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle practice of conscious connected breathing that allows your nervous system to feel safe to unwind all that it's holding, allowing you to come back home to yourself. There’s no force or pressure. It’s safe for everyone.

What to expect:

Welcome & Introduction to RBM
Supported intention setting
90 minute gentle breathwork cycle
Guided debrief
Light refreshments provided

No experience necessary, just an openness to showing up as you are and connecting to a new way of being with yourself.
