Youāve done everything you were meant to do. Built the career. Raised the family. Created a life that, on paper, looks full. Yet somewhere between nap times, school runs, work calls, and the endless to-do lists, youāve started to wonder⦠when did it all begin to feel so heavy?

You love your people deeply, yet most days end with you collapsing on the sofa, scrolling, or pouring a glass of wine just to find a moment of quiet. You tell yourself you should be grateful ā and you are ā but thereās still that quiet ache inside, a whisper that asks, is this really it?

You can feel something shifting, a quiet knowing that life isnāt meant to feel like youāre always running on empty. You donāt need another fix or a new version of yourself. You just want to feel like you again ā seen, steady, and confident.

You might not have the words for it yet, but you can feel it ā something needs to shift. And maybe, just maybe, it starts with a single breath

Take a breath. Youāre not alone. So many of us reach this point, where life looks full from the outside, but inside something just feels... off.
Itās not that anythingās gone wrong. Youāve just been doing so much for so long that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.
You keep showing up, holding it all together, but deep down you know there has to be more than just getting through the days.
That quiet ache you feel? Itās not failure. Itās your inner wisdom, nudging you towards something different ā something that feels more like you.
I know that feeling well. For years, I looked like I had it all together ā the busy days, the endless to-do lists, the smile that said āIām fine.ā But underneath, I felt disconnected from myself.
It wasnāt until I slowed down and got honest with myself that things began to shift. I stopped trying to be everything for everyone and started finding my way back to me.
And thatās what I want for you too ā a life that feels like yours again. Youāre in the right place. You can soften here. You can breathe again

If youāve ever found yourself doing all the right things yet still feeling disconnected, youāre not alone. Iāve been there too.
Iām Lindsay, a Breathwork Mastery (RBM) facilitator, Human Design companion, mom of three, wife, lifelong learner, and a woman who knows what itās like to be doing all the right things yet still feel disconnected from herself.
For a long time, I moved through life on autopilot, holding everything together for everyone else while quietly wondering when Iād get to exhale. I kept thinking if I just tried a little harder, got a bit more organised, or ticked one more thing off the list, Iād finally feel at ease. But underneath it all, I was exhausted and craving space to just be me again.
My own journey through breathwork, Human Design, and other body-based practices has been a process of remembering - learning to slow down, listen inward, and trust the wisdom that was always there. It hasnāt been perfect or linear, but itās been real. These practices helped me move from surviving my life to actually living it, and thatās why I care so deeply about this work.
Now, I walk beside women who are ready to do the same. Not to fix themselves or become someone new, but to reconnect with who they already are. Because Iāve been there - the overwhelm, the guilt, the constant doing - and I know how powerful it feels to finally come home to yourself.
I have a background in psychology, which gives me a deep respect for the mind, but itās the breath and the body that have taught me what true healing feels like ā gentle, grounded, and real.
What I offer here isnāt therapy, but a space for exploration and reconnection. Itās about creating room to breathe, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath all the doing.
When we work together, thereās no rush, no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself. Iāll walk beside you with curiosity and compassion, helping you listen to what your body and breath are already trying to tell you.
Our work isnāt about fixing or forcing change. Itās about creating safety, awareness, and trust so that whatās ready to shift can do so naturally. Some days that might look like deep stillness, other days it might be quiet realisation. Always, itās about meeting yourself with honesty and care.
Youāll be held in a space that honours your pace, your process, and your truth. Because the most powerful transformation doesnāt come from doing more, it comes from remembering who you already are
A few things you should know about meā¦
I believe in slowing down enough to actually feel your life, not just think about it. I believe in the quiet power of breath, honest conversations, and the kind of self-awareness that can change everything.
Iām all for gentle mornings, deep belly laughs, and finding beauty in the ordinary. Iām done with hustle culture, pretending everythingās fine, and the idea that we have to earn our rest. But Iāll be honest, I donāt always get it right. This isnāt about perfection, itās about practice - showing up for yourself, again and again, even when itās messy.
I was born in Canada, spent 12 wonderful years living in Australia (where I first became a mom), before moving back to Canada with my family. My experiences across both countries have shaped how I see the world - grounded, open, and always curious.
I am passionate in my work of holding space for others, and although I'm not practicing in a therapeutic capacity in this space, my training in psychology is a big part of who I am and how I show up in the world. Over the years, Iāve realised that sometimes talking about what weāre going through just isnāt enough. So much of what we carry lives in the body, often beyond words. Thatās where the breath comes in - helping us create a sense of safety to gently unwind the stress weāve been holding, from all the big and little moments of life.
I care deeply about creating spaces where women can exhale, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath all the doing. Iāll always choose real over perfect, presence over performance, and curiosity over control.
And when Iām not supporting others, youāll probably find me reading with my kids, experimenting in the kitchen (Iām learning to make sourdough and have been told I make a pretty mean cheesecake), or at the beach with my family, breathing in the ocean air and remembering that this - right here - is what itās all about.
Lindsay is a Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Facilitator, Human Design Companion, with over 15 years of experience holding space for others. She helps high-achieving women reconnect with themselves, their inner truth, and what truly lights them up. Drawing on her background in psychology and her training as the first Canadian to be certified with an International Certificate in Breathwork Mastery (RBM) from The School of Breathwork, Lindsay brings a grounded, science-informed approach to nervous system healing.
Her work blends the power of conscious breathing with the insight of Human Design, guiding clients to move beyond āshouldsā to rediscover the ease and authenticity that come from living in alignment with their natural design. Lindsayās approach is gentle yet deeply transformative, focusing on supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and creating space for real, sustainable change without force or effort.
She believes weāre not here to fit inside a box, but to remember who we are beneath the conditioning. When sheās not holding space for others, youāll likely find her near the ocean with her family, breathing in the simple beauty of everyday life.
If something in these words has stirred something in you, trust that. Itās your inner wisdom reminding you that youāre ready for more ease, more breath, more you.
