Are you the mum who does it all, yet still feels lost or unseen?

I see you.

Welcome home.

This is your time to find yourself again.

You’ve done everything you were meant to do. Built the career. Raised the family. Created a life that, on paper, looks full. Yet somewhere between nap times, school runs, work calls, and the endless to-do lists, you’ve started to wonder… when did it all begin to feel so heavy?

You love your people deeply, yet most days end with you collapsing on the sofa, scrolling, or pouring a glass of wine just to find a moment of quiet. You tell yourself you should be grateful — and you are — but there’s still that quiet ache inside, a whisper that asks, is this really it?

You can feel something shifting, a quiet knowing that life isn’t meant to feel like you’re always running on empty. You don’t need another fix or a new version of yourself. You just want to feel like you again — seen, steady, and confident.

You might not have the words for it yet, but you can feel it — something needs to shift. And maybe, just maybe, it starts with a single breath

This is where life starts to feel like yours again.

Take a breath. You’re not alone. So many of us reach this point, where life looks full from the outside, but inside something just feels... off.

It’s not that anything’s gone wrong. You’ve just been doing so much for so long that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.

You keep showing up, holding it all together, but deep down you know there has to be more than just getting through the days.

That quiet ache you feel? It’s not failure. It’s your inner wisdom, nudging you towards something different — something that feels more like you.

I know that feeling well. For years, I looked like I had it all together — the busy days, the endless to-do lists, the smile that said ā€œI’m fine.ā€ But underneath, I felt disconnected from myself.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and got honest with myself that things began to shift. I stopped trying to be everything for everyone and started finding my way back to me.

And that’s what I want for you too — a life that feels like yours again. You’re in the right place. You can soften here. You can breathe again

Hello, I'm Lindsay

Breathwork Mastery & Human Design Companion

If you’ve ever found yourself doing all the right things yet still feeling disconnected, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.

I’m Lindsay, a Breathwork Mastery (RBM) facilitator, Human Design companion, mom of three, wife, lifelong learner, and a woman who knows what it’s like to be doing all the right things yet still feel disconnected from herself.

For a long time, I moved through life on autopilot, holding everything together for everyone else while quietly wondering when I’d get to exhale. I kept thinking if I just tried a little harder, got a bit more organised, or ticked one more thing off the list, I’d finally feel at ease. But underneath it all, I was exhausted and craving space to just be me again.

My own journey through breathwork, Human Design, and other body-based practices has been a process of remembering - learning to slow down, listen inward, and trust the wisdom that was always there. It hasn’t been perfect or linear, but it’s been real. These practices helped me move from surviving my life to actually living it, and that’s why I care so deeply about this work.

Now, I walk beside women who are ready to do the same. Not to fix themselves or become someone new, but to reconnect with who they already are. Because I’ve been there - the overwhelm, the guilt, the constant doing - and I know how powerful it feels to finally come home to yourself.

I have a background in psychology, which gives me a deep respect for the mind, but it’s the breath and the body that have taught me what true healing feels like — gentle, grounded, and real.

What I offer here isn’t therapy, but a space for exploration and reconnection. It’s about creating room to breathe, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath all the doing.

Are you ready to begin your return?

When we work together, there’s no rush, no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself. I’ll walk beside you with curiosity and compassion, helping you listen to what your body and breath are already trying to tell you.

Our work isn’t about fixing or forcing change. It’s about creating safety, awareness, and trust so that what’s ready to shift can do so naturally. Some days that might look like deep stillness, other days it might be quiet realisation. Always, it’s about meeting yourself with honesty and care.

You’ll be held in a space that honours your pace, your process, and your truth. Because the most powerful transformation doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from remembering who you already are

A LITTLE more ABOUT ME

A few things you should know about me…

I believe in slowing down enough to actually feel your life, not just think about it. I believe in the quiet power of breath, honest conversations, and the kind of self-awareness that can change everything.

I’m all for gentle mornings, deep belly laughs, and finding beauty in the ordinary. I’m done with hustle culture, pretending everything’s fine, and the idea that we have to earn our rest. But I’ll be honest, I don’t always get it right. This isn’t about perfection, it’s about practice - showing up for yourself, again and again, even when it’s messy.

I was born in Canada, spent 12 wonderful years living in Australia (where I first became a mom), before moving back to Canada with my family. My experiences across both countries have shaped how I see the world - grounded, open, and always curious.

I am passionate in my work of holding space for others, and although I'm not practicing in a therapeutic capacity in this space, my training in psychology is a big part of who I am and how I show up in the world. Over the years, I’ve realised that sometimes talking about what we’re going through just isn’t enough. So much of what we carry lives in the body, often beyond words. That’s where the breath comes in - helping us create a sense of safety to gently unwind the stress we’ve been holding, from all the big and little moments of life.

I care deeply about creating spaces where women can exhale, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath all the doing. I’ll always choose real over perfect, presence over performance, and curiosity over control.

And when I’m not supporting others, you’ll probably find me reading with my kids, experimenting in the kitchen (I’m learning to make sourdough and have been told I make a pretty mean cheesecake), or at the beach with my family, breathing in the ocean air and remembering that this - right here - is what it’s all about.

MEET Lindsay McNeil

Lindsay is a Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Facilitator, Human Design Companion, with over 15 years of experience holding space for others. She helps high-achieving women reconnect with themselves, their inner truth, and what truly lights them up. Drawing on her background in psychology and her training as the first Canadian to be certified with an International Certificate in Breathwork Mastery (RBM) from The School of Breathwork, Lindsay brings a grounded, science-informed approach to nervous system healing.

Her work blends the power of conscious breathing with the insight of Human Design, guiding clients to move beyond ā€œshouldsā€ to rediscover the ease and authenticity that come from living in alignment with their natural design. Lindsay’s approach is gentle yet deeply transformative, focusing on supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and creating space for real, sustainable change without force or effort.

She believes we’re not here to fit inside a box, but to remember who we are beneath the conditioning. When she’s not holding space for others, you’ll likely find her near the ocean with her family, breathing in the simple beauty of everyday life.

If something in these words has stirred something in you, trust that. It’s your inner wisdom reminding you that you’re ready for more ease, more breath, more you.

I’d love to stay connected and share gentle guidance to support your own remembering. Soon, I’ll be offering a free resource to help you begin — a simple way to reconnect with your breath and create small moments of calm in your day.

If you’d like to receive it when it’s ready, along with occasional reflections and practices to support your journey, you can join my email list below. It’s a quiet space, free from noise or pressure, where you can return whenever you need a reminder to slow down and come home to yourself.
