Ready to live your best life?
Let’s Breathe
Your body remembers
Our body, nervous system, and psyche hold everything. From the moment of conception, we begin forming impressions of the world. In fact, our systems are most sensitive during the first three years of life — a time when we’re like little sponges, absorbing everything around us and making decisions about ourselves, others, and life itself.
All of this happens with one goal in mind: to survive. To stay safe and connected.
What’s fascinating is that these early impressions are formed before we have words. So they don’t live in our minds as explicit memories — the kind we can recall like a slideshow. Instead, they live in our bodies as felt senses, as deeply held “truths” about who we are and how the world works. These embodied beliefs quietly influence our lives from that point on.
Patterns that repeat
Because these imprints live in our subconscious, we often find ourselves in situations that reinforce them — over and over again.
If we carry the belief that “life is hard,” we’ll unconsciously recreate experiences that make life feel hard.
That can sound disheartening at first. But what if we looked at it differently?
What if those repeating patterns were actually opportunities — life’s way of helping us see the beliefs we hold, so we can finally release and rewire them?
When we bring awareness to these unconscious patterns, we begin to make the unconscious conscious. And that’s when healing becomes possible — even exciting.
Why Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM)?
This is what RBM is all about: a gateway into intentional, conscious living.
Through this gentle, parasympathetically activating breath style, we create safety within the nervous system — enough safety for the body to unwind the stress it’s been carrying, when it’s ready, willing, safe, supported, or even in pain enough.
Because readiness looks different for everyone.
The power of intention
At the heart of this work is intention.
In RBM, we often say: Intention = outcome.
Intentions are always at play — whether we’re aware of them or not. If you want to know what your current intentions are, look at your life. What is it reflecting back to you about your beliefs and expectations?
If our beliefs shape our reality, then imagine what could unfold if you consciously chose your intentions — if you began to step toward how you would prefer life to be.
Intentions aren’t just wishes for things to be different. They are creative acts — declarations of willingness. Each intention tells your psyche:
“I’m ready to clear whatever stands in the way of this coming into being.”
Your session
That’s what an RBM session is about. Together, we’ll set an intention — and then allow your breath and body to show you what’s ready to be seen.
You might begin to notice sensations, emotions, thoughts, or memories — perhaps even in the days leading up to our session. Take a moment to reflect:
What’s been showing up for you recently?
Have certain emotions or sensations been more present?
This is all part of the process.
During the session itself, there’s nothing you need to do. You’re already doing the work simply by being here — showing up for yourself and your healing.
This is a body-and-breath process. Your body and breath know exactly what to clear, and in what way. You don’t need to understand or make sense of it for it to “work.”
Often, we can’t understand these experiences from our adult minds. Many of the stresses we’re releasing were formed at times when we were completely dependent — when experiences that might seem small now felt life-threatening then.
Trust the process
This is what drew me to this work. After years of searching for ways to access the stress and trauma that felt just out of reach, RBM offered a way in — a way that didn’t require forcing, analyzing, or striving.
Unlike some styles of breathwork that aim for a big, cathartic release, RBM trusts your nervous system to guide the process.
I can never predict what your session will look like — and that’s the beauty of it. Even in my own sessions, I’m often surprised. I might go in expecting one thing, only to have something entirely different unfold.
That’s because your psyche knows exactly what it needs. My role is simply to hold the space for that wisdom to move through you, in its own way and time.
After the breath
We’ll always finish with a gentle debrief — a chance to connect your experience back to your intention and notice what insights or shifts are landing.
This reflection is where the gold often lies — in how you begin to relate differently to what’s been coming up for you.
Because in this work, healing isn’t about fixing or achieving. It’s about allowing, integrating, and coming home to yourself — one conscious breath at a time.
